Originally from Texas Pepper Berry fooled around with stand up comedy, and playing in punk bands for 15 years before he began studying at The Second City Hollywood where he quickly fell in love with improv. A graduate of The Second City's Conservatory and Long form programs, iO West, UCB, Comedy Sportz, and The Nerdist, he is a cast member of The Second City Hollywood's long running Really Awesome Improv Show, a past member of The Second City House Ensemble, iO West Harold Teams B-Side and (nebraska) and past Nerdist House teams U.N. Jefferson and Mulligan. He is currently a teacher and director at Second City Hollywood as well as a Nerdist coach.
Pepper also performs with Virginia Slims, a long form duo that showcases their comedy around the country performing in festivals year round such as the San Diego Improv Festival, Chicago Improv Festival, Detroit Improv Festival, Dallas Comedy Festival, Twin Cities Improv Festival, Alaskan Improv Festival and the Boston Comedy and Arts Festival to name a few. An improv nerd at heart, he has the hoodie collection to prove it.
